Rick is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa where he obtained two Masters Degrees. His work experience includes executive managerial positions in two Fortune 500 corporations, an International Nonprofit organization, and the owner of a very successful private business. In Rick's leisure time, he enjoys kayaking, cycling and traveling.
